After reading your post I get a strong feeling that there are more then one spirit in that house. I get the feeling that there is something like 5 there. I only think that one mighr be dangerous. The other 4 are just there and pose no problem.

Deamons..they can be tricky....I brought Holy water into my sister haunted Apt. and I blessed each thresh hold. We said the lords prayer and the prayer of battle. In my opinion I know they left but they did get mad and found their way back.
